Christians led to put Christ at the center of their families
Jesus City Mission Church has closed its National Women's Prayer Conference. The 4-day program was held at the headquarters of the said assembly and saw the participation of several men and women from various nations. The conference was themed "The Christ-Centered Family."
Many took part in the launch of the national women's prayer conference filled with edification and impact. The objective was to lead the Cameroonian population to put Christ back at the center of families and society in which there are all kinds of depravity including homosexuality and the consumption of drugs and narcotics among others. "We are experiencing a global crisis of morality in society. The origin is quite simply the absence of the Lord in families. We want God to take his place again, which is why we are organizing this conference and to do this, we must take into account several parameters..." underlines Dr. Jérôme EBUA, organizer of the meeting.
Moreover, in his remarks on the occasion, he made it known that a Christo-centered family is founded on Jesus Christ through faith. Thus, solving the crisis problem plaguing the world comes down to thinking of the family like Christ in his word. It is based on intercession through quality time with God on an altar of prayer, both personal and family. "Women have been given the power of God to bring about change. They must stand on the altar of prayer that they have built to support the marital relationship, the life of love and peace in the home, the ministry, the numerical growth of the church" he adds.
The event concluded with a couples seminar organized by the women of Jesus City Mission. A moment around which couples were edified on the role of communication, the consequences of marital infidelity, the sources of conflicts and financial management among others. "Events like these must multiply in the body of Christ. I remember that communication is at the heart of everything in the couple, without that there is no relationship. It is the engine oil for the couple to work and that conflicts, infidelities and others do not happen. God wants couples to be united for it to work" Dr. SHU, speaker.
The program closed under a note of full satisfaction. Peace having been established in couples and families for the sole glory of God.
