Decoding the times, capturing the seasons”: six days that transformed thousands of lives at the ADRC assembly in Douala.

From December 16 to 21, 2025, the Awakening Assembly of God in Cameroon hosted its International Annual Convention under the leadership of Dr. Apostle Ludovic Paulin Fotso, visionary of the ministry. The meeting was held at its headquarters located at the Conteneur Rouge Makèpè Douala under a theme as powerful as it is current: “Understanding the times and the seasons”. Six intense days of prophetic teachings, prayers and celebrations allowed participants to reposition themselves spiritually at the dawn of 2026.
Inspired by 1 Chronicles 12:32, this 16th edition placed spiritual discernment at the center of concerns. The speakers unanimously recalled a fundamental truth: each life is governed by time, each spiritual season carries its demands, and ignorance of these realities inevitably leads to stagnation.
The call was clear: abandon passivity to embrace a faith that is lucid, sensitive and aligned with the divine will.
Pastor Christelle (ICC) shook the assembly by identifying the dangers that erode the spiritual sensitivity of believers: the distance from the Word, the discouragement, murmuring, excessive familiarity with God's servants, and dependence on men rather than on God. His message was straightforward: to lose one's spiritual sensitivity is to lose the notion of time and to miss one's divine visitation.
The Apostle Paul N. Ariel delivered dense teaching on the divine management of time. He emphasized that seasons are spiritual and brought about by God, that blessings are not permanent but seasonal, and that God blesses in closeness and obedience, never at a distance. His message prepared hearts to receive 2026 as a year of reboot and hidden revelations.
This convention also benefited from the presence of internationally renowned speakers. Dr. E. Paul Mbuagbor, guest speaker, brought a special dimension to this event with his impactful teachings. The Apostle Joseph T. Ndife, guest speaker, also left an impression with the depth of his revelations. The Apostle Paul N. Ariel, guest speaker, contributed to the edification of God's people with a special anointing.
On Saturday, December 20, the atmosphere shifted to pure celebration during a gospel concert which set the assembly alight. Mama CC Shine Constance, guest speaker and renowned gospel artist, Charles Citenga, Berthe Ndema and the church choir led the people in vibrant worship, reminding that praise is an integral part of spiritual discernment.
Dr Apostle Ludovic Paulin Fotso, host and keynote speaker of the event, concluded the convention with a powerful teaching on thanksgiving, distinguishing Chronos (clock time) from Kairos (time appointed by God). According to him, time can be a threat or an opportunity, depending on our ability to discern it.
He hammered home essential truths: thanksgiving neutralizes the enemy's plans, vows and sacrifices reveal spiritual depth, and understanding its season sometimes involves accepting God's choice over our own desires. The year 2026 was presented as a strategic year of repositioning and generational deliverance.
This 16th edition, broadcast live on social networks and on Réveil FM 103.6, was not a simple religious gathering, but a real time of spiritual alignment. The participants leave equipped with a clear vision: to understand the times, to discern the seasons and to act with wisdom, sensitivity and recognition.
