The choice of location was no accident. Situated in a working-class and vibrant neighborhood of Douala, the PK10–PK12 area is a space where diverse social, cultural, and spiritual realities coexist. For our editorial team on the ground, a special prayer accompanied this event: to see the light of Christ shine powerfully in this area, which is often marked by strong spiritual resistance and various influences contrary to the values of the Gospel. Thus, beyond the concert itself, there was a deep anticipation regarding the spiritual impact that such a gathering could have in this environment. And as the hours passed, several signs seemed to confirm this special grace. The spiritual immersion observed in the hall was hard to ignore. The focused expressions, the moments of silence, the visible tears among some participants, the spontaneous prayers, and the intensity of the worship times gave the impression of a divine visitation far beyond the usual artistic context. From PK12 to PK10, several participants were already speaking of the importance of seeing more Christian initiatives of this magnitude emerge in this part of the city. The concert then took on an almost missionary dimension.
