Capellia, née Botny-Capel Anne-Eunice is a Cameroonian musician and Gospel singer. She is the songwriter of several titles, some of which she has shared with the public.
After receiving the call in 2008 and a long work as an autodidact and in a few groups and choirs, Capellia made her official entry into the world of music in 2017. As a prelude to the release of her first album, she made available to the public, the single “Without you I am nothing”, a song with a classic slow rhythm, which has tenderly lulled music lovers since March 24 2017.
This title allowed her to win the Diamant Gospel Awards the same year, for the “Female Diamond Vocal” category.
In 2018, she released the maxi-single composed of the titles “Thank you Lord” and “It was for me”. The first (Thank you Lord) is a mixture of slow, acoustic and Ben sikin rhythms. It is culturally rich through the cadences, but also through the various languages used (English, Bangangté and French) by its author-composer. It has been available online since March 30, 2018.
